In 2009, we are beginning a change to a new style USB dongle.

• The existing dongles will function with HYPACK® 2009 and all previous versions. They will not function with future versions released after HYPACK® 2009.
• The new style USB dongles will function with HYPACK® 2009 and all future versions. They will not function with previous versions.

Starting on 15 March 2009, all new packages will be delivered with the new style USB dongle.

As a part of your Maintenance Plan agreement, HYPACK will exchange your existing dongles (parallel or USB) with the new style USB dongle.

• You will not be charged for the dongle replacement or for the shipment of the new dongles.
• The new dongles will be activated to function for 45 days after the date of shipment. You are expected to return your older dongles during this time period.
  • Upon receipt of your old dongle, the HYPACK Support staff will e-mail you the activation code to permanently activate each new dongle.
  • HYPACK’s Customer Support Group will be contacting users to coordinate the shipment and exchange of their existing dongles.
    • This process will be spread out over 2009.
